Each design is meticulously specified and crafted in collaboration with trusted manufacturers, followed by rigorous quality inspections. While rare, manufacturing defects can occasionally happen. In those instances, we fully support our brand with a guarantee and will offer an appropriate resolution to ensure your satisfaction.

Covered under our guarantee:

• Holes or tears that shouldn’t develop under normal use
  Example: A hole forming at the toe or heel after only a few wears, despite proper care and maintenance.
• Seams unravelling or loose stitching caused by production
  Example: A seam opening along the toe line or cuff because it wasn’t finished correctly.
• Dropped stitches or holes caused by yarn breakage or machine error
  Example: Small gaps in the fabric that appear right out of the package.
• Stains present at delivery
  Any discoloration or marks on the socks when they arrive.

Not covered under our guarantee:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., thinning, pilling)
  Over time, socks naturally thin in high-friction areas (toe, heel, ball of foot) and may form fuzz balls (pilling) after washing. These are normal signs of use.
• Damage due to improper care
  Washing in hot water, using bleach, tumble drying on high heat, or heavy abrasion can damage socks and are not covered.
• Cosmetic variations
  Minor details such as untrimmed threads, visible inside threads from jacquard knitting, or slight unevenness at reinforced heels and toes are natural in sock construction and not considered defects.

How to claim:

If you ever notice a defect, email customerservice@jorabchic.com with a photo of the issue. Once verified, we will replace or reimburse your socks at no cost to you.
