Refund policy

If you change your mind, you may return unused socks within 14 days from the date of delivery.

How it works:

  1. Email us at customerservice@jorabchic.com with your order number and a brief description of your return request.
  2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Once the socks are received and confirmed to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, you may choose one of the following options:
    • Store credit for the full product amount, which can be used toward future purchases, or
    • Refund to your original payment method, with $6 outbound shipping fees deducted ($6 standard shipping cost will be retained as a non-refundable fee, regardless of the order value or whether the order qualified for free shipping).

Exchanges:

To keep things simple and fast, we don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or design, we recommend placing a new order. Store credit is a convenient option if you plan to reorder.
