If you change your mind, you may return unused socks within 14 days from the date of delivery.

How it works:

1. Email us at customerservice@jorabchic.com with your order number and a description of your return request.
2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Once the socks are returned and confirmed to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, we will issue a refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Exchanges

To keep things simple and fast, we don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or design, we recommend placing a new order.
